Return Policy

Prior to the application of any product, buyers must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving an item. On any returned item, Safe Way Traction will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling charges. A minimum 5% and up to a 20% restocking will apply.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS.

Any product that is stated in the product title or description section as Cut Roll**, Special Offer**, Special Offer Spotlight**, Special Order**, Bulk Savings**, Custom or Made to Order are not eligible to be returned. 

Any FREE SHIPPING Offer is available only in the Continental US Lower 48 States

Merchandise is not to be returned without first contacting Safe Way Traction. Any authorized return merchandise must be carefully packed and in the same condition received. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid. Partial returns are not accepted.
