Orders ship via the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS based on item ordered and processing warehouse.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight & dimensions at Checkout.
CANADA - Shipping costs for orders in the following Provinces are calculated by weight. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan. Please note these costs do not include any custom / border fees your country may charge. Actual shipping carrier will be based on product ordered and processing warehouse.

Back ordered Items - If an Item becomes back ordered you will be notified regarding the estimated ship date.

Prior to the application of any product, buyers must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving an item. On any returned item, Safe Way Traction will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling charges. Up to a 20 % restocking may apply.

Merchandise is not to be returned without first contacting Safe Way Traction. Any authorized return merchandise must be carefully packed and in the same condition received. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid. Partial returns are not accepted.
